For example two clubbell armpit casts, or drumming. or,if you take two clubbells, and starting from the clean to order position, you maintain arm bend, rotate them to shoulder level (shoulders are axis of movement,) and then as far as possible down the back..then return them. The interesting thing is that the body adjusts itself to maintain optimal load.</description>
