    i never liked the “10000 hit combo” stuff from kenpo. on the other hand i’ve seen some other stuff from speakman’s school and those guys are pretty hardcore. they throw down like kyokushin guys.

    Jeff is modernizing Kenpo by eliminating right dominance and adding adaptations to boxing, grappling, etc. He is a good teacher.

    hm, I agree with “ashe” - 10k of movements when all you could do is one. One the other hand training is training.
