		<description>My wife tosses some low carb yogurt in my eggwhite omelettes. I subsist on those, almonds/nuts, tons of greens, berries, and very lean protein. Other than plain dark cocoa powder, wine, and coffee,...that's it. I eat gourmet and stay lean. It's about the energy formula. Period.</description>

		<description>I think there is a "diary" and there is a different "diary". It depends on quality of milk, added sugar and/or sweets etc.&lt;br /&gt;Could you give an example ? Cheese, cottage cheese ? Raw milk ?&lt;br /&gt;Thanks</description>
