		<description>Interesting, I would love to see how obstructive sleep apnea figures into this whole deal.  These people tend to obstruct in REM sleep so they never really get quality sleep perhaps sending themselves further down the obesity-apnea spiral.  Everyone knows that obesity may lead to sleep apnea,  based on this sleep apnea perhaps promotes obesity.</description>
