		<description>I like the the various permutations. Tried the one-legged thruster today with a 16 kg. KB...just messing around. Very difficult, but very nice for enforcing total body tension. Agree with Rif, more like a Desert Eagle!</description>

		<description>nice piece. I just wish I could do pistols, it seems the perfect leg exercise.I would disagree about calling a one legged thruster a derringer though!more like a magnum than a small caliber pistol.</description>
